At Velani Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Velani Label tags and protective bags are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
